This role could be located In Bratislava (Slovakia). Coil Tubing Supervisor will be highly skilled in coiled tubing operations including large diameter CT Operations and CT drilling. They will be responsible for the safe and effective delivery of all CT operations at the well sote and will lead operational preparation and load out.

Your job will be:

  • Complies with all Company & Regulatory HS&E & Quality and IT standards and policies
  • Effectively manages onsite logisitics
  • Executes jobs as per approved design. Recognizes risks associated with the operation and reduces these risks to ALARP
  • Operates and maintains the assigned equipment standalone while learning to operate and maintain additional equipment
  • Performs preventive maintenance on well services equipment as per company standards and as directed
  • Completes all the required learning objects and courses as defined in GA Drillings career development programme
  • Performs Risk Analysis (JSA) before each job or task and identifies & addresses potential safety hazards
  • Corrects and report hazards immediately to immediate line manager and HSE using company reporting system
  • Develops Technical knowledge in design and evaluation working closely with assigned mentor
  • Interfaces with the Client on location and promotes company image, services and products
  • Conducts all other duties as required

We will be glad to know you, if you have:

  • Experience of rigless well abandonment preferred
  • Technical diploma or relevant operational experience
  • 10 years of experience in Coiled Tubing and supervising jobs preferably land and offshore environment
  • CTD and large diameter CT experience essential
  • IWCF certification – level 4.
  • UKCS offshore survival and valid medical
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work as part of a diverse team
  • Experience on Onshore and Offshore well services and/or Subsea well services Operations
  • CT Supervisor level training certification from major service provider
  • Manual skills, ability to read technical documentation
  • Proactiveness, motivation, creativity, innovation skills
  • Teamwork, adaptability to changes
  • Mobility – ability to remote travel and work in onshore/offshore environment
  • Fitness, flexibility and strength – the employee shall pass an OGUK medical – Good mechanical aptitude
  • Evidence of training courses necessary for CT operator/supervisor level or alternatively have demonstrable skills
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and work alongside R&D departments.
