Your job will be:
• Administration of Office 365 tenant, on premise Active Directory and other MS services
• Installation, configuration and change management of new Office 365 services
• Design and implementation of SHP Online and MS Teams architecture (site and site collection creation, permission management, data migrations, user training)
• Management of Office 365 licenses
• Advisory role in deployment of new IT products
• Creation and configuration of user accounts, support and their actions auditing
• AAD Connect and Office 365 Service Health monitoring, design of temporary solutions in case of service failure
• Configuration and monitoring of MCAS, ATA and Security and Compliance Centre alerts
• User device management via Office 365 Intune
MDM setup for company devices
Phones and workstations (hybrid aad join); MAM for BYOD devices
• Design and deployment of Conditional Access policies for all devices using Office 365 services
• Design, development and administration of internal Office 365 applications developed within Power Platform
• Responsibility for on premise Active Directory architecture (OU and GPO management) and their subsequent integration into other services:
Office 365 (SHP; AAD; PWA); WSUS, FileServices; HPC
• Administration of WSUS service and deployment of security updates for servers and user devices
• Coordination of IT outsourcing
• Creation of processes for external support and coordination of IT outsourcing in company-wide projects and changes
• Procurement of SW and HW (workstations, networking devices, servers, peripherals)
• Onboarding and offboarding process – user training; permission setup; licensing
We will be glad to know you, if you have:
• min. 6 years of overall experience in IT support
• min. 3 years of experience with full package of Office 365 and ShP
• you are strongly customer oriented and like delivering results
• you don´t fear working under pressure and you are stress resistant
• you like analysing problems and searching for solutions
