We are looking for Office Manager, who will be responsible for the efficient and smooth running of an office through a range of administrative, financial and other tasks.

Your job will be:

  • property management
  • smooth running of reception including administration of mails and courier services
  • securing of goods and services (cleaning, repairs, office supplies, etc.) so that company premises are fully functional (kitchens, toilets, common and technological areas, meeting rooms, employee offices)
  • complex securing of business trips of employees (accomodation, traveling – plane tickets, taxi, etc.) and visits (if it is the responbility of the company)
  • securing of employees nutrition (delivery service)
  • car park
  • securing of workplace equipment for new employees
  • managing of employees space plan
  • care for visitors during their presence in the company
  • organizing of events for employees

We will be glad to know you, if you:

  • have at least secondary education
  • have at least two years working experience in with similar work
  • have excellent written and spoken English skills (B2)
  • have good knowledge of MS Office , mainly Excel, Word
  • have communication and organizational skills
  • are responsible and flexible
  • are able to communicate with different type of personalities
