Senior Quality Engineer role is responsible for making sure that engineering, manufacturing and supply chain processes are performed correctly using the right tools, materials and processes, responsible for designing the company quality standards and testing processes.

Your job will be:

  •  Improve the quality of company processes, support the QMS implementation
  • Create, maintain and update of quality control plans
  • Create and implement quality working instructions
  • Cooperate actively with all technological departments during all the phases: Product Design, Manufacturing, Supply chain, Testing
  • Review and investigate non-conforming products and define their main reasons
  • Prepare and write quality reports including the results of Non-Conforming products (NCR) and report their costs (CONC), implement preventive and corrective actions
  • Prepare and support internal and external audits and certifications
  • Communicate with customers and solve customers´ claims
  • Lead actively in the process of sustainable improvement culture

We will be glad to know you, if you have:

  • 5 years overall experience, out of that min. 3 years in quality management
  • internal ISO audit experience and Six Sigma and Lean Management knowledge
  • overview of manufacturing company cycle, product design and tools usage
  • ability to read technical documentation (AutoCAD)
  • analytical and conceptual thinking
  • a systematic approach and thinking in interdependencies
  • strong goal orientation, stress resistance in a fast-changing environment
  • ability to work from the scratch and implement systems from zero point
  • assertiveness and ability to drive changes
