This role could be located In Bratislava (Slovakia) or in Bristol (UK). The purpose of this role is to suggests strategy, supply chain process management, including contract documentation and control processes. There is global responsibility for our stock, logistics and supply management. In other words to lead the purchase of materials and equipment, in order to ensure continuous delivery at optimal costs and in accordance with the principles and guidelines set by the company management.

Your job will be:

  • Create sourcing strategy
  • Create contract strategy (framework purchasing, single/sole source justification)
  • Set up and control contract management (including setup of processes and system)
  • Set up and control supplier management including supplier database (supplier prequalification, supplier selection, supplier performance feedback, supplier non-conformance)
  • Set up and control processes in procurement (purchasing process, raise and approve requisitions/purchase orders, expedite goods, receive and receipt goods, invoice management)
  • Set up and manage spent analysis
  • Set up and control of tendering (invitation to bid, evaluation and negotiation, evaluation criteria, scope of work, pricing schedule, terms & conditions, contract commitment request, power reserve list/approvals, unsuccessful bidder notification)
  • Coordinate and manage the team of specialists for logistics, stock and procurement.
  • Focus on HSE and internal customer needs

We will be glad to know you, if you have:

    • University Master Degree, economic or financial specialisation preferable
    • Min 10 years experience on managerial position in foreign companies in Oil&Gas segment (500+ employees )
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Demonstrated ability to set up processes, to lead the team and to deliver goals and objectives
