MARKETING {name your role}
GA Drilling is developing next generation drilling technologies to unlock geothermal energy anywhere on Earth. Our mission is to make geothermal a globally scalable, baseload source of clean power by enabling access to hard, hot rock at depths and temperatures that conventional drilling cannot reach economically. We have teams in the USA, Brazil, the UK, and Slovakia, and we are moving fast toward commercial deployment.
We are looking for a Marketing {name your role} to join the team in Bratislava. We could have called this role a Manager, a Specialist, or a Lead. But we figured the right person would have a better idea, so the title is yours to define.
The Opportunity
Our marketing team is intentionally built out of three people: a Chief Growth Officer, a Senior Designer, and you. We believe a small, capable team moves faster and produces better work than a large one. We use external agencies for specific tasks, but ownership sits internally.
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial or founder mindset. Someone who gets energy from having a wide scope, who picks things up and runs with them, and who finds it satisfying to see their own work directly shape how a company is perceived. If you have started something, worked at an early-stage startup, or just always operated that way, that experience will matter here.
You will be joining at a good moment. We just finished a full visual rebrand and this role is largely about taking that new identity and scaling it up across every channel and audience. You will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and work closely with engineering, commercial, and leadership teams across four countries.

What You Will Own
Brand & Communications
- Own GA Drilling's brand voice and messaging, and keep it consistent across channels and regions
- Build and maintain messaging that works for B2B energy operators and investors
- Handle external PR relationships: press releases, media outreach, journalist contacts
- Be the person who catches it when something goes out that does not look or sound like us
Content & Thought Leadership
- Write and produce content across formats: articles, case studies, technical explainers, executive posts
- Run GA Drilling's LinkedIn presence and other relevant social channels
- Translate complex technology into language that technical and non-technical audiences can both follow
- Help tell the employer brand story to attract good people to a growing company
Product Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Create and maintain sales and investor materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, capability documents
- Work with the commercial team on content that supports business development conversations
- Own the GA Drilling website with a focus on keeping it accurate, clear, and findable
- Track what is working and what is not, and adjust accordingly

What We Expect From You
Experience & Skills
We care more about what you have actually shipped than how many years you have been doing it. If you are earlier in your career but you have a strong portfolio and you learn fast, apply anyway.
- 2 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech or a technical industry
- You can write well about complicated things without making them sound complicated
- Experience running a company's social media presence

- You know your way around a website and understand the basics of SEO
- Based in Bratislava, comfortable being in the office 4 days a week

- You know how to use them to produce better output faster, and you can show us
- You pick up new tools quickly and do not wait for someone to tell you to try them
Mindset
- You have an entrepreneurial or founder mindset: you see what needs doing and you do it
- You are comfortable being one of three people covering a lot of ground, rather than specialising narrowly
- You have good editorial judgement and you are honest when your own work is not there yet
- You work well without a lot of structure, but you do not let things fall through the cracks
- You can work with engineers, executives, and commercial people and adapt how you communicate to each
