GA Drilling with New HR Manager

As of July 2019, Soňa Sodoma Lacušková became a Head of HR Department in the Slovak technology company GA Drilling.

After years of experience with HR in energetics, finance, pharmaceutics and IT businesses, Soňa now joined the hi-tech company developing a world-unique plasma technology for drilling and milling. The team of more than 120 employees consists of nearly seventy master engineers from science and technology fields and more than ten PhD. experts. Several of the top-level specialists have long-time foreign experience in R&D and industrial sector.

Soňa Sodoma Lacušková graduated in psychology at Faculty of Arts of the Comenius University in Bratislava. Her professional career started already during university studies in GlaxoWellcome (now GlaxoSmithKline), where she co-created personal processes. From 2003 she worked for Východoslovenská energetika, RWE Group member (now Innogy), as a leader of personal development and organisation. She acted as HR Manager in Penta Investments from May 2005.

In 2012 she entered Sygic software company as HR Director, covering HR processes’ and internal communication implementation.
